Equip Academy of New Mexico is a free public charter school opening in Fall 2026, serving Kindergarten and 1st grade students. We exist to equip every child—starting on day one—with the skills, confidence, and character to thrive in college, career, and life.

This resource was created by the Black Education Act and is available for staff, students, families, community members and any stakeholders to report school-based incidents of racism or racial discrimination against anyone.
